Too small for an agency. Not too small for us.

Most small and mid-sized businesses never find out what custom software could do for them, because until now it has simply been too expensive. That has changed. And on top of that, we can now build custom AI workflows at prices that make sense at your scale.

AI automations, custom software and websites for individuals, small and medium-sized businesses. No minimum project size, no account managers — free 15-minute call, and if we're not the right fit we'll say so.

Sound familiar?

You're not behind. You've just been quoted badly.

Most people who contact us have already been somewhere else first. The pattern is usually one of these.

Nobody would take the project

It was too small to be interesting to an agency, so you got a polite no, or a quote with a zero on the end that made the answer obvious.

You got sold a platform, not a solution

Someone put you on a monthly subscription for a tool that does eighty percent of what you asked, and the last twenty percent is the part that actually mattered.

Everyone keeps saying "AI" at you

You suspect some of your work could be automated. You have no idea which parts, what it costs to run, or who to trust about it — and every answer sounds like a sales pitch.

How it works

Three steps. No proposal deck.

The whole thing is designed to get you a straight answer fast, because most of what you're paying for elsewhere is the process, not the work.

Tell us what's annoying you

A short call, or just an email. You don't need a spec, a budget, or a clear idea of the solution — a description of the problem is genuinely enough. We'll tell you whether it's worth building, whether we're the right person, and roughly what it takes.

Free · usually same week

We scope it and quote it, in writing

Exactly what gets built, what doesn't, and one fixed number against it — before any work starts. If something turns up mid-build, you hear what it costs before we do it, never after.

A few days

We build it, then hand you the keys

You get a working link early and updates as it goes. At the end everything is transferred into your own accounts, documented, and walked through with you. No platform to stay subscribed to, nothing held hostage.

Days to a few weeks
Real work

Things we've actually built.

A live product, two regulated systems running inside American healthcare companies, and an AI call centre that took over the work of a human one. The range is the point.

Product · live

Reply Required

A service for condo residents whose property manager ignores them. It drafts formal letters that cite the relevant Condominium Act, name a deadline, and copy the board — then keeps following up until someone answers. Built end to end: the letter generation, the case tracking, the billing, and a public scoreboard ranking how responsive each management company is.

Software · US healthcare

DME distributor portal

A portal for a durable medical equipment distributor in the United States, handling Protected Health Information under HIPAA. Patient intake is fully automated at volume — the forms, the communication, the documentation, and the billing packets that have to be right before anyone gets paid. It has passed a US hospital vendor audit.

  • PHI handled under HIPAA
  • Passed a US hospital vendor audit
  • Fully automated patient intake

Software · medical devices

Medical device manufacturer portal

Everything a device manufacturer has to run in order to stay compliant, in one place — a built-in ISO 13485 quality management system that has been through audit, inventory and lot traceability, and recall handling. Alongside it, a virtual employee that does the QMS work itself rather than just filing it.

  • ISO 13485 QMS, audited
  • Virtual employee handling QMS tasks
  • Inventory, traceability and recalls

AI · live

AI call centre

Replaced a client's call centre team with an AI system that answers inbound calls, handles the routine ones start to finish, and passes anything it should not decide to a person — with the caller's context already gathered, so nobody has to repeat themselves.

  • Answers and resolves routine calls unaided
  • Escalates to a human with full context
  • Every call logged and reviewable

Pricing

Fixed where we can be. Quoted where we can’t.

Websites and the monthly retainer have published prices. Custom software and AI work is quoted after a 15-minute call, because that range is far too wide to put a number on honestly — we'd rather give you a real one in fifteen minutes than a fake one on a page.

Websites
$199 single page
$299 multi-page
Quote custom

Custom is anything with real machinery behind it — online orders, Stripe payments, e-commerce plugins, memberships, bookings. Quoted on a call, because the work varies far too much to put a number on honestly.

  • Single and multi-page are fixed price, live in 2 days to 1 week
  • Design, build, setup and launch included
  • No monthly fee to keep it online
  • You own it outright — domain, hosting, code
Software & AI — quoted
15-minute call

Automating three inboxes and building a patient intake system are not the same job, and any number we published would be wrong for almost everyone reading it. Fifteen minutes gets you a real one, in writing, before anything starts.

  • One fixed price, agreed before work begins
  • It only moves if you change the scope, in writing
  • Hosting and model usage billed to your accounts at cost
  • An honest no if it isn't worth building
Monthly retainer
$5,000 /month

A dedicated group that learns how your business actually works, then keeps pointing AI at the parts of it that move the bottom line. Not a support contract — people working on your business, every month.

  • A team that knows your systems, not a ticket queue
  • We go looking for the opportunities rather than waiting for a brief
  • Build it, measure whether it worked, then find the next one
  • No minimum term — cancel any time
Honest limits

Nothing is too small. Some things are too big.

Built by AI is a small team, deliberately. No sales layer, no account managers, no overhead that a two-day job has to be padded out to cover — which is the whole reason a small job gets the same care as a large one. It is also the reason we turn some work down.

Right for you if…

  • You're an individual, a sole practitioner, or a small or mid-sized business.
  • You have one specific thing that's slow, manual, or missing — however big the company around it is.
  • You'd rather talk to the builder than a salesperson.
  • You want to own what you paid for, outright.

Not right for you if…

  • You need a company-wide transformation across many departments.
  • You need a team of people on site full-time for a year.
  • You need 24/7 staffed support with a contractual response time.
  • The goal is a press release about AI rather than a working system.

If that's you, we'll say so on the first call and suggest someone who fits better. Wasting your month is worse for us than losing the job.

Questions

Straight answers.

What does it cost?

Websites are fixed price. A single-page site is $199, a multi-page site is $299, both live in two days to a week. That includes design, build, setup and launch — there is no monthly fee to keep it online, and you own it outright.

Custom websites are quoted. Once a site needs online orders, Stripe payments, e-commerce plugins, memberships or bookings, it stops being a website and starts being software — so it gets priced like software, on a call.

Custom software and AI integrations need a 15-minute call first. Not to sell you anything — because automating three inboxes and building a patient intake system are not the same job, and any number we published would be wrong for most people reading it. Fifteen minutes gets you a real one.

There is also a monthly retainer, at $5,000/month. A dedicated group learning your business and continuously applying AI to it, rather than a single project with an end date. No minimum term.

Either way you get one fixed price in writing before anything starts, and it reflects how long the work actually takes now. Building with AI genuinely is faster than it was three years ago; we price for that rather than charging the old rate for the new speed.

Is my project really not too small?

Really. The same team builds one-page websites and regulated healthcare systems that process patient intake at volume. Small jobs are quick, and quick jobs are satisfying.

The only thing that makes a project a bad fit is scale in the other direction — work that needs a large firm with bench depth behind it.

What can AI actually do for a business my size?

Usually the boring, high-volume stuff: reading documents and pulling the data out, sorting and drafting replies to incoming enquiries, filling in the same information across three systems, summarising calls, assembling paperwork.

Sometimes the honest answer is that AI isn't the fix and a form, a database, or a changed process would solve it for a fraction of the cost. We'll tell you that.

What happens to my data?

It stays yours. We build in your accounts, tell you exactly which third parties touch your data, and turn off training-on-your-data wherever a provider allows it. Canadian privacy obligations are designed for from the start, and sensitive work can be built so nothing leaves your environment.

Regulated data is familiar ground. We build to HIPAA requirements for Protected Health Information, design Canadian work against PIPEDA from the outset, and have passed a US hospital vendor security audit. Whatever regime you answer to — health, financial, or government — tell us early and it gets built in rather than bolted on afterwards.

Do you work outside Toronto?

Yes — right across Canada and the US. Toronto and the GTA get the option of meeting in person; everywhere else works over video, on Eastern hours.

What if I don't know what I want yet?

That's most first conversations. Describe what's annoying you and we'll do the work of turning it into options. You are not expected to arrive with a specification.

Describe the annoying thing.

Fifteen minutes, no pitch, no obligation. Worst case you leave with a clearer idea of the problem than you had going in, and a straight answer about whether it's worth building.
